You can cancel or re-schedule a recurring order, anytime with no cost.
- Start by logging in through the "Account" hyperlink at the top right corner of this page, or simply click here to directly log in.
- On the left-side menu, you will find a link titled "Recurring Orders".
- Find the "cancel" or "re-schedule" link on the right of the order you wish to modify and click it.
This action is immediate and applies only to orders that haven't been billed yet.
We comprehend that you may not need your planned order at that point. Hence, we make sure to send you three emails before an auto-refill order is set up, just in case you need to amend, reschedule, or cancel it.
Should you fail to cancel an order within the stipulated time and it falls between payment and dispatch periods, please reach out to our support team.
